Dash 1 solenoid-operated valves oscillate at over 160 Hz using conventional electronics and have reached speeds of 500 Hz with enhanced electronics. Flow rates go to 4.75 scfm, and valve spacing on a manifold is only 0.63 in. The valves are available with solenoids ranging from 0.6 to 2.5 W and pressures from vacuum to 200 psi. Design life is 100 million cycles. Standard features include an LED indicator and manual override.
