Zero-Leak Gold custom-designed banjo fitting product line is made with multiple seal technology for a zero-leak connection in vibration, pressure spike and temperature variation applications. Separate metal-to-metal and elastomeric seals protect against leaks while geometry and system pressure ensure positive sealing. Bolt and body are held in place by O-rings, which eliminate need for copper washers and similar devices. Design can be adapted to steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials. They fit sizes that accept SAE J1126 and ISO 6149 port configuration.
