Zurcon Z25 polyurethane material offers viscoelasticity and high tensile strength at extreme temperatures to 130°C (270°F). It provides improved extrusion resistance and compression set for hydraulic applications and is ideal in heavy-duty cylinder sealing applications, such as industrial and mobile applications with limited cooling systems or cylinders exposed to high-temperature painting processes. It is self-energizing, operates at pressures to 40 MPa/ 5800 psi without a back-up ring, is suitable for use in all hydraulic fluids, and has a low compression set.
