Heavy-duty Hippo piston valves provide remote automatic on/off operation in pressures of 10,000, 20,000, and 30,000 psi with orifice sizes of 7⁄16, 9⁄16, and 11⁄16 in. They can be controlled by an air regulator, electric solenoid, or manual ...
Heavy-duty Hippo piston valves provide remote automatic on/off operation in pressures of 10,000, 20,000, and 30,000 psi with orifice sizes of 7⁄16, 9⁄16, and 11⁄16 in. They can be controlled by an air regulator, electric solenoid, or manual low-pressure valve in air supply line. Normally open valves require 45, 50, and 55 psi to seat the valve. Normally closed valves require 35, 45, 50, and 55 psi to unseat the valve and 60, 70, 85, and 95 psi to fully open the valve.
Newcomers to medical device design may think pressure and flow rate are sufficient parameters whenselecting a pump. While this may be true in some industrial applications, medical...
Variable volume pumps, also known as precision dispense pumps, are a positive displacement pump that operates by retracting a piston to aspirate a fluid and then extending the...
Acheck valve, a non-return or one-way valve, is a mechanical device that allows a gas or liquid to flow freely in one direction while preventing reverse flow in the opposite ...
Engineers tasked with managing fluid flow talk about both holes and calibrated orifices, but they are two distinct entities. A hole can be any opening, but a calibrated orifice...
