Vacuum-rated LFV 2-way, normally closed, chemically inert solenoid valve suits fluidic circuits under positive and negative pressures. Fluidic side of the valve is isolated from the coil and plunger by a chemically inert PFE membrane to prevent metal contact with the fluid and reduce heat transfer from the coil to the fluid. It is available in three mounting styles and features bidirectional flow and contoured internal passages.
