Certified Power Acquires Cirus Controls, LLC
Certified Power Inc. announces the acquisition of Cirus Controls LLC, expanding its reach in electronic spreader controls, central hydraulic systems, advanced plow controls, and telematics-based performance management systems for the winter-road and maintenance industry.
