Engine Air Cleaner

Donaldson Company has introduced PowerCore Edge, a compact, high-efficiency engine air cleaner for use in heavy dust environments. This new filtration device is specifically designed to fit into tight under-hood spaces in off-road equipment and offer easier servicing than previous generations of air cleaners. PowerCore Edge air cleaners can be smaller due to Donaldson’s PowerCore G3 media pack, which delivers all the filtration capability of a conventional pleated air filter in 65% less space. This innovation continues the Donaldson-led trajectory toward increasingly smaller, more powerful media technology that has defined the PowerCore filter line and enabled Donaldson to respond to OEM engineering requirements.

Locking Cylinder

The 70 series Mini Hydraulic Preloading and Locking Cylinder is part of the PFA Inc.’s KOR-LOK Side-Action System product line. The cylinder features 8,000 lb of preload force in a new narrow format, allowing multiple small cores to nest together and time independently. Smaller ports and low-profile sensors ensure a large competitive advantage to standard compact hydraulic cylinders. Smaller ports and low-profile sensors ensure a large competitive advantage to standard hydraulics and other compact hydraulic cylinders. Unique zero psi locking supports green technologies that save energy by dropping hydraulic pressure during injection, eliminating the need for always-on independent hydraulic core pull pumps and providing further energy savings.

Linear Actuator

Designed to replace traditional pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, P.ACT is an electromechanical linear actuator that incorporates Schaeffler’s innovative PWG differential roller screw. P.ACT combines extremely high-power density with a smaller footprint than conventional linear actuators into a plug-and-play design that enables fast setup and operation.
