Tolomatic Adds New Models to Line of RSX Actuators

Tolomatic has expanded its line of RSX High-Force actuators to increase force capabilities up to 66,000 lbf.

Tolomatic has added five new sizes to its line of RSX High-Force actuators designed for use in a range of industrial applications.

Features of the RSX linear actuators include:

  • forces up to 66,000 lbf (294 kN)
  • ball and planetary roller screw options
  • Type III hard coat anodized aluminum housing for durability
  • compatibility with servo motors and gearboxes up to 290 mm frame sizes. 

Expanded Actuator Options Meet Range of Applications

Electric actuator technology continues to advance, expanding its use in various machine types and industries. Higher force capabilities are one of the major areas in which companies like Tolomatic are making these advancements, enabling electric actuators to compete with hydraulic and pneumatic options in some industrial applications.
