Tank Trappers maintain clean oil with use of a ceramic magnet and two discshaped pole pieces, which allow oil to flow around and come in direct contact with magnets to remove ferrous particles. Standard and heavy-duty models have 25/64 and 5/8 in. steel rods, respectively. Slim Line models use magnets encased in nonmagnetic tube with 5/8 in. diameters. Standard and heavy-duty models have capacity to 350 gal.
