Focusing on high quality stainless steel drives

Deprag has introduced a new line of stainless steel air vane motors that are the number one choice when high torques are required in confined spaces,

Deprag Schulz & Co., Amberg, Germany, recently introduced a new line of stainless steel vane-type air motors that is intended for applications where high torque is required in confined spaces. They are also well-suited where strict hygiene rules apply, as in the food processing and medical technology sectors. These air motors can even operate  under water and in aggressive environments.

The air vane motors come in nine power classes, ranging from 20 to 1200 W. Integral planetary gear drives are lubricated with standard USFA-H1 food grade lubricant. Two seals on the output shaft equip them for use in food processing machinery.

Motors are available in three power classes as standard models: 200, 300W or 1.2 kW, standard drive ratios of stainless steel gearig is 18.3 or 32.6 to one. The stainless steel housing has an output of 1.6 kW at a rated speed of 2250 rpm and are able to function at high temperatures.
