With the breadth of capabilities, we produce investment castings with complex design criteria from more than 100 ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, ranging from a few oz. to 220 lbs. Our iron sand casting process includes both green sand and resin sand casting, producing castings from a few lbs up to several tons in ductile iron, gray iron, and compacted graphite iron. Impro precision machining capabilities include CNC turning, Swiss-type turning, multi-spindle turning, milling, 3-, 4- and 5- axis machining, grinding (centerless, cylindrical, ID, and OD), deep-hole drilling, honing, deburring, and more. Materials that we work with include stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, titanium, superalloys, aluminum, and more. From early design involvement to volume production, we provide value-added engineering support throughout the life cycle of the products.
