One of the big events scheduled to be held in conjunction with IFPE 2014 March 4 to 8, 2014 in Las Vegas, is the IFPE Technical Conference, which will be held March 5 to 7.

Members of the IFPE Conference Technical Committee met July 18 at the Milwaukee School of Engineering's Grohmann Museum to review nearly 100 abstracts submitted for consideration to be presented at IFPE 2014. Each committee member reviewed several abstracts in advance, then notes for each paper were reviewed and discussed to be accepted, rejected, or held for further action by all members present.
