Eric Lanke, president and CEO of the National Fluid Power Association (NFPA), said that after the 2021 conference was curtailed by the pandemic, association members are looking forward to a more personal connection at the upcoming NFPA Annual Conference, Feb. 22-24 in Phoenix. “The members who are able to attend that in-person event [in 2021], I call them kids on the playground. They were so excited to be there. And so that kind of energy and enthusiasm is certainly going to show up now that we're going full in-person in February of 2022,” Lanke told Power & Motion. “We know that the industry and the players in the industry are are ready to get back and really take advantage of those in-person connections, which is really what those in-person events are for.”
