Efficiency Gains Can Be Achieved by Questioning the Status Quo

Regal Rexnord’s Jesse Dupuis says questioning what is possible with a power transmission system design can open opportunities for efficiency improvements.

In this second part of Power & Motion’s discussion with Jesse Dupuis, Director – Powertrain Product Management, Motion Control Solutions at Regal Rexnord, he offers insight and an application example on how changing industry mindsets can lead to efficiency and operational improvements.

His biggest piece of advice is to ask questions. Instead of feeling constrained by what a power transmission or other system is, Dupuis said to ask questions about what it could be outside of that.
