Damped movement of the Series 765 pressure gauge minimizes vibration without liquid filling.
Damped movement of the Series 765 pressure gauge minimizes vibration without liquid filling. The gauge uses a damping-compound-filled cap installed on the pointer shaft inside the gauge, eliminating pointer movement caused by vibration. It offers dual scale range (psi/kPa) with ±0.5% full-scale accuracy. The devices are housed in a phenolic safety case with a solid front with a blow-out back. Chemical compatibility is insured with the 316L stainless-steel socket and Bourdon tube. The gauges measure vacuum to 20,000 psi; with standard bottom ¼- or ½-in. male NPT connections; and in 125% FS < 1,500 psi, 115% FS for 2,000 to 5,000 psi; and 110 FS > 10,000 psi.Dwyer Instruments Inc., (800) 872-9141, www.dwyer-inst.com
