The TUBOMATIC V350ES crimping machine crimps up to 3-in. six-spiral and 10-in. industrial hoses with 1,000 ton of force. The horizontally positioned machine has a low center of gravity to allow easy machining of tubes. Features include self-lubricating components, silent pump, back limit switch, protractor for orientated fittings, and a narrow crimping head for crimping pipe ends with large flanges or fittings at 90°.
An ES3 electronic control lets less-experienced operators use the unit. A pressure speed-control system to carry out volume crimping of very-high-pressure hoses requiring a very slow crimping speed is optional.
