Pneumatic gripper

June 11, 2012
PZH-SF 125 features double-acting pneumatic pistons. Centric grippers with swivel fingers can swivel into a new position, rather than requiring jaws or grippers to be exchanged when parts with different diameters need to be alternately handled. Slim, long-stroke gripper has a diameter of 125 mm and allows for opening stroke of 22 mm per finger in radial direction. Its opening angle is 100°.

Slim, long-stroke gripper has a diameter of 125 mm and allows for opening stroke of 22 mm per finger in radial direction. Its opening angle is 100°. Depending on jaw position, it is suitable for gripping diameters between 78 and 122 mm, and can be used for ID and OD gripping.

For large diameters, or for special applications, the length and shape of the fingers can be individually adjusted. In case of these adaptations, every gripper finger is equipped with a rotary flange.

Bearings provide consistent high precision. Monitoring can be provided via magnetic field sensors or inductive sensors.
