Parker Hannifin’s Chelsea Div., Olive Branch, Miss., introduced its next-generation line of electronic overspeed controls (EOC), for its Powershift PTOs. The shift option ensures that hydraulic pumps and other auxiliary power equipment operates within the operating speed limits.
The EOC is smaller than the original version and features plug-and-work wiring, simplifying installation within the vehicle cab. No special tools, computers, or equipment are required to set high and low operating limits for driven equipment on the EOC. Internal components in a tamper resistant housing have been tested to comply with all RFI and EMI emissions that may be found in trucks equipped with two-way radios.
