The Whip Check system is designed to restrain the hose from the “Whipping Effect” created by the release of energy. The system utilizes a safety cable and clamp assembly to secure the hose to the equipment using high tensile screws. Hose clamp is selected based on the type of hose connection. Cables can be secured to the equipment with a bolt fitted to a Code 61 or Code 62 flange or attach the cable using a steel eyelet/mounting bracket and a high tensile steel bolt.
In a departure from conventional wisdom, motion control can be implemented to increase production rate and product quality and consistency—all at the same time.
