The full line of SAE 100 flexible thermoplastic hoses with R7 couplings handle a wide range of applications. SAE R100 R7 nylon hose is rated from 1,000 to 3,000-psi working pressure and comes in eight sizes from 1/8 to 1 in. SAE R100 R18 and SAE R100 R8 thermoplastic nylon hoses are rated at 3,000‑psi and 3,500 and 5,000‑psi working pressure, respectively. The R18 hose comes in ¼ to ½-in. ID, and the R8 comes in four sizes from 3/16 to ½-in. ID. The hoses are available in nonconductive versions for applications requiring electrical component isolation. Working temperature range is –40 to 212°F. The urethane covering is abrasion, ozone, and weather resistant.
