Lomar Machine & Tool Co., Horton, Mich, offers the compact S1095 hydraulic die-set crimp press with a tube-bending module. This machine combines two normally separate manufacturing processes into one operation. The self-contained machine crimps fittings onto a tube assembly, then bends the tube into its required configuration. Of course, the S1095 also will crimp fittings onto hose.
Lomar Machine & Tool Co., Horton, Mich, offers the compact S1095 hydraulic die-set crimp press with a tube-bending module. This machine combines two normally separate manufacturing
processes into one operation. The self-contained machine crimps fittings onto a tube assembly, then bends the tube into its required configuration. Of course, the S1095 also will crimp fittings onto hose.

Working with Lomar’s S1087 die-sets, the sturdy crimp press consistently produces quality crimped hose and tube assemblies to OEM specifications. Delivered ready for operation, the system can crank out leak-free crimp fittings and tube bends every 7 sec. The bending module uses shop air for wiper-die backpressure and hydraulic power to bend tubing. Durable guides and slides are made of permanently lubricated Rulon to extend service life. Lomar can produce dedicated tooling that will bend tubes up to 90°, and meet practically any radius requirement, as well as product-locating devices.

Its integral hydraulic system makes it easy to move the S1095 from one work cell to another. The unit operates from 230- or 460-V, 3-phase, 60-cycle electrical power.
