Unispeed USFL 90/37 machine conducts 37° and 90° orbital flaring of hydraulic rigid pipe ends with ISO 8434-2 and ISO 8434-3 fitting systems. It requires only one tool change. Cold orbital forming creates flat and smooth sealing surface at 90° and 37° and obtains any flaring diameter and thickness. Semi-automatic processing cycle allows fast flaring process, to reduce costs and avoid welding or soldering clamping ring to pipe end.
