Stefan Eichler currently serves as Senior Manager of Sales, EMEA, for the Editron division of Danfoss Power Solutions. He joined the company in 2007, and has since held roles in application engineering, account management, and sales development.
Prior to joining Danfoss, Eichler held engineering positions with the Bernard van Lengerich Group and B. Strautmann & Söhne, both manufacturers of agricultural machinery. At Strautmann, he was responsible for designing loader wagons and self-propelled feed mixers. Eichler holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) in Agriculture Machinery Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences, Cologne, Germany.

Silvain Fauriaux has over 15 years of experience in sales and business development in the industrial powertrain sector. He has a strong focus on electrification where he helps drive innovation for vehicles including forklifts, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and aerial work platforms. Throughout his career, Fauriaux has worked on strategic projects that push for electrified solutions in industrial applications. He has an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Business Management and a background in electronics and software project management.
