that it has reached a definitive agreement to purchase Southwest Controls, Inc. located in
Anaheim, California.
Minarik Corporation, a leading national value added motion control distributor, today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to purchase Southwest Controls, Inc. located in Anaheim, California. Southwest Controls, considered to be the leading motion control distributor in the Southern California area, increases Minarik Automation and Controls also strong position in that market by adding to its existing locations in Orange County and San Diego. As a result of the transaction, Southwest Control Inc. becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Minarik Corporation.
