NuCushions are made of an engineered elastomer to adapt to pneumatic cylinder pistons. No adjustment is required. Eliminates need for bleed needle assembly, cushion spud, and spud seal. Reduced reaction forces compared to pneumatic cushions. Rated for more than 3 million cycles. Offered in four sizes, with 200 to 325 in.-lb energy and 700 to 820 lb peak dynamic force. Operating range of 60 to 90 psi.
