Hydraquip announces new Service and Repair Director

Company expands leadership team; aligns organization for future growth in service and repair.

Hydraquip, an employee-owned company headquarted in Houston, and a subsidiary of Employee Owned Holdings, Inc., welcomed Will Peska as its new Service and Repair Director on May 5. Peska comes to Hydraquip with more than 13 years of experience in the fluid power industry.

Peska’s primary responsibilities will be providing leadership, sales growth, and direction to Hydraquip’s Service and Repair division; creating policies and procedures; facilitating improvement to  work flow and processes; and managing all of Hydraquip’s service centers.

“Will brings a long solid background of fluid power experience to Hydraquip,” stated Tim Nichols, President of Hydraquip. “Will’s experience is well suited for leading our development efforts as we expand our service and repair initiatives and drive innovations to position ourselves as the industry leader. Will is familiar with every aspect of our operations and will do a solid job of managing the Service and Repair operations of Hydraquip.”

A Texas native, Peska graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution. He is also a Certified Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist, an important recognition within the fluid power industry.

“I look forward to coming on board and working with everyone to impact further growth by providing quality service to our customers,” said Peska.
