Hydraulics Entrepreneur Dies at Age 79

Constantine “Connie” Kosarzecki, founder of both Modular Controls Corp. and Command Controls Corp., passed away August 1, 2015 at the age of 79.
Constantine “Connie” Kosarzecki, founder of both Modular Controls Corp., Villa Park, Ill., and Command Controls Corp., Elgin, Ill., passed away August 1, 2015. Born February 23, 1936, Kosarzecki served in U.S. Army and worked at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama, where he developed the ambition to be a hydraulic engineer. He had been working on a brand new concept in valve design for the past five years before his untimely passing.

The funeral service was conducted August 4, 2015, with interment at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine, Ill.
