Oct. 23, 2019
Ideal-Tridon has acquired ZSi-Foster.

Rick Stepien, CEO of ZSI-Foster—which also owns Campbell Fittings—expects the combination of Ideal-Tridon’s products and services with his company’s to bring great synergistic opportunities to the markets all have served. Headquartered in Canton, Michigan, ZSi-Foster is a specialty manufacturer and supplier of pipe, hose and conduit support and fastening solutions.  The ZSi-Foster management team will continue to hold key positions within the combined company.

“We see significant potential in cross selling products which will bring substantial growth to both companies,” Stepien said. “Campbell makes products that complement Foster’s product line. Ideal-Tridon clamps are sold to many of our largest customers in the Plumbing, HVAC, and Industrial hose markets and also to many large OEMs. We will have an opportunity to manufacture and distribute our products globally.”
