The lessons of the global pandemic, now in its third year, have changed manufacturing, suppliers and design teams. Another lesson from the pandemic, according to Artur Peplinski, CEO of International Business at igus, was the relationship with customers had to change

“What we learned is that we are able to talk with our customers even if we are not able to meet,” said Pepinski in his exclusive interview with Power & Motion. “We had to switch in a couple days from being a very active company, visiting with our customers to a company that is totally digital.”
