Colocating with WasteExpo is the WasteExpo Investor Summit and the Health Waste Conference. Wunderlich Securities and WasteExpo are partnering up to present an investor conference featuring Wall Street veteran Michael E. Hoffman, in which he will conduct interviews with leaders of public and private companies in the waste industry. Topics for the discussion include industry trends and their impact on capital spending, and strategic moves in the marketplace. The Investor Summit will be held Monday, April 28. The Health Waste Conference will take place April 30 to May 1. This conference will focus on the regulatory, legislative, and technical issues in the health-care waste industry.
Two training workshops are offered as well. The C&D training is an opportunity to gain skills in managing, monitoring, and promoting successful recycling programs for construction and demolition debris. The Deconstruction Training Workshop offers training in recovering materials, removing structures, provides insight on economic, business and social benefits, and how to educate crews.
