Terzo: OEM Partnerships Crucial For the Future

Manufacturers preparing for the long term have to strike a balancing act.

Mike Terzo, founder and CEO of Terzo Power Systems, told Power & Motion that his company works actively with OEMs to help shape a future that isn’t always easy to accurately predict. “We're working with OEMs that [have] their designers designing their systems for platforms that won't be launched for two years to six or seven or eight years out there,” Terzo said. “And you know, I think across the board, all of these manufacturers are trying to wrestle with how much effort do they put in right now. What is really going to happen in five or six or 10 years?”
