Sensors Expo introduces Intelligent Systems Conference & Pavilion

March 13, 2013
A new pavilion and conference track from Intelligent Systems Source (ISS)will be featured at this year's Sensors Expo in Chicago, June 5-6.

A new pavilion and conference track will be featured at this year's Sensors Expo in Chicago, June 5-6. Intelligent Systems Source (ISS), will host three conference tracks and a pavilion, as it aims to educate the more than 4000 expected attendees on intelligent sensing technology, embedded computing, and intelligent systems.

The three major conference tracks include sessions on embedded computing, specialized medical device development, and what it means to be a part of the emerging intelligent systems community. Applications covered include: retail/point-of-service, digital signage, industrial control, data acquisition, military and aerospace, M2M, and more.

"The connections between sensor technology and embedded intelligent systems continue to expand the device market, and ISS hopes to expand our coverage at the Sensors Expo to reflect this growing reality," said Aaron Foellmi, VP sales and marketing for The RTC Group.

According to Wendy Loew, group director, Sensors Expo & Conference, "Sensors has long been the leading destination for engineers looking for new sensing related approaches to measurement and control challenges, and joining forces with Intelligent System Source will help our design engineers understand how sensing-specific technologies really work in a broader systems design context."

ISS will provide vendors within the embedded and intelligent systems market the opportunity to participate in the Intelligent Systems Pavilion on the show floor of Sensors Expo, along with submit technical papers for consideration in our two-day technical conference.  For further information and how you might participate, please visit www.issconference.com.
