Fluid Filter Elements Hold More Dirt

PulseShield compression sleeves combine with up to three fiberglass layers to increase dirt holding capacity by as much as 30%.

PulseShield compression sleeves combine with up to three fiberglass layers to increase dirt holding capacity by as much as 30% compared to conventional filter elements. At the same time, lower differential pressure results in significantly reduced energy consumption in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems. The compression sleeve secures the pleated star firmly to the inner core and guarantees uniform pleat separation throughout the entire service life of the filter element. This provides effective filtration, even with pressure pulsations. Fluctuations in separation performance (ß values) are no longer a concern. The negative effects of short-term backflows are also negated.

Use of hydraulics is best determined by considering the requirements of an application as well as several other factors.
