Pressure-compensated proportional flow control valves use a single cartridge and internal compensation spool at full line pressure without need for external compensator. They come in two styles — EPFB priority (bypass) type with bypass port and EPFI inline (restrictive) type. They feature flows of 3 to 20 gpm and operating pressures of 5000 psi.

Unibody design and oversized seating allow high-torque tightening during installation, reducing need for locking mechanisms or lock wires.
