Fluid Power Conference Targets Smart Industrial Applications

Calling for Research Papers for the 10th International Fluid Power Conference!
April 15, 2015

The 10th International Fluid Power Conference (IFK) will take place March 8 to 10, 2016, at the Technical University of Dresden’s Institute of Fluid Power, Dresden, Germany. The theme of the conference, presented in English, is “Smart Fluid Power,” addressing the growing industry trend of integrating fluid-mechatronic systems into intelligent designs.

The main conference topics are System Applications, Smart Integration, and Components and Fundamentals. Subtopics include mobile and transportation applications, industrial applications, pneumatic systems, system integration and safety, thermal behavior of fluid-power systems, actuators and sensors, and hydraulic and pneumatic components.

Presentations on the first day will focus on methodology and fundamental research. Presentations over the next two days will cover applications and technology that integrate the latest innovations in fluid power. Meanwhile, attendees to the exhibition can network with manufacturers and obtain product information and meet manufacturers. Excursions to regional companies will follow the conference.

IFK is accepting abstracts of research papers until May 31, 2015. Abstracts can be submitted using an interactive form or a template in Microsoft Word on the event’s website. For more information, call Dominik Krahl, at +49 351-463 31964, email [email protected], or visit www.ifk2016.com.
