For five years, he worked in Europe at TTControl, a joint venture between TTTech and HYDAC, as technical sales manager and autonomous operation cluster manager. In September 2025, Leandro joined HYDAC USA as product manager for the electronics division.

His areas of specialization include sensing technologies, pneumatic automation, servo pneumatics, motion control, and industrial communication networks. With over 15 years of experience as an automation instructor, Kalid has trained engineers, technicians, and industry professionals, helping organizations leverage advanced automation technologies to improve productivity, connectivity, and performance. He works closely with customers, machine builders, and sales teams to identify automation challenges and deliver solutions that support digitalization and operational excellence.
